Hi kgh, OK. Glad it worked. About "changing the form after initial creation of the page": At least for me, using CentOS 5.6, MediaWiki 1.17.0, Semantic MediaWiki 1.6.1, and PHP 5.3 compiled with APC (APC: Alternative PHP Cache; used because it is a requirement for PHP programming against Apache Thrift, which I have on the same machine), mediawiki does A LOT of caching, meaning if I don't reload the page using ?action=purge in the url after modifying a page, quite often (99,9999% of the times in fact) the page will not reflect any change done on the source code. Did you tried this ?action=purge reloading or just Ctrl-F5? Which is somewhat logical. However, I was destined to fail. One of these days. Thank you for > reebooting me! :) |
