Hey,

I don't see anything on the page you linked show up twice. Then again, I'm
not German, so might simply not be seeing it or so.

What I did notice is that you have SMW installed twice according to
Special:Version: http://rpg-dev.org/wiki/Spezial:Version

Make sure you include it only once in LocalSettings.php.
