Thank you for your patch.

I have reviewed it and improved our documentation accordingly. 

Nevertheless, I have omitted some of your changes. For example,

1) You wrote:

file option has to come first and then the database. E.g. se_term -file

you use the incorrect syntax, you will get a SEDNA syntax error.

It is very usual thing that the sequence of parameters is important and
usually options that effect the tool goes first.

We are now preparing a new version of Sedna that should be released soon.
The changes will appear in the release.
