The paddle is stuck in the corner when trying to use the mouse to move, known to affect Linux. Also contains gcc 4.7 patch and makefile patch
uses relative position when the cursor is hidden
After applying patch, my paddle is stuck in left corner
added missing libraries and changed C libraries for C++ equivalents, applied make file patch, changed rules for the gun powerup, fixed some warnings and removed a hanging comma so it can be compiled
and the important changes are in 1.02
