the target is a RAM disk and those are the numbers you got?
If the above are SSD numbers than they are reasonably sane. You didn't  
specify what model SSD you're using nor how much spare area you configured  
them to have.

Also how wide is the PCIe bus you've attached your Infiniband card to?
