ScintillaVB ActiveX Control / News: Recent posts

This is a new release for SCIVB. Few minor bug fixes and enhancements. Added support for codepages giving a level of unicode support to the control. Further development in this area will occur with time.

- Added CodePage support as a property. Default is 0 which has no
support for unicode. UTF-8 adds some basic unicode support.
The support is largely based on the font used. The default font used
