#1071 Unlimited tabs for buffers

I think the option buffers should have the option to dynamically add tabs if they are needed. For example buffers=0 or buffers=-1 for unlimited tabs.

But after some tests I'm thinking about if this configuration is really needed. Even buffers=1000000 doesn't increase my memory usage until I use the tabs. Or is there another reason to store this configuration?

Changing the code to dynamically expand the set of buffers would require more work and destabilize SciTE more than is justified by the minor degree of improvement. If there are no performance problems with using a large number on your system then do so.
