#84 Scid 4.6.1 versus Scid 4.5.2

I have switched back to Scid v 4.5.2 due to #83.
Now, when i work with it again, i must say that most added 'features' since then are bad ideas.
And the removed features worked and were practical or at least did not disturb anyone.

1. The variations handling is the worst. in Scid 4.5.2 it is click in Scid 4.6.1 it is click cklick. This idea, to remove the pop up and instead add it below the board was a bad idea.
2. it is not possible to add text at the start of variations any more. This is a bug.
3. The repertoire editor may have been practical for some and it worked.

Please add back the old features, stop adding impractical new features and focus on fixing the bugs. like #62, #80, #82, #83.
