#65 Every Database including the Clipbase is Read-only

The latest source version has this very frustrating bug:

Every Database including the Clipbase is Read-only

When reporting bugs:
1) state your operating system
2) write a brief sequence of actions to reproduce the bug

In this case I just opened a game in a database, changed a few moves and saved the game without problems

Okay.

1. Linux

2. create some test database

3. make it read only; chmod 444 test.s?4

4. load the database.

5. now every database including the clipbase is erroneously assumed read only.
