Category: Java Client (JSR48) Group: Performance >Status: Pending Resolution: Fixed Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: ~Ramandeep Arora~ (raman_arora) Assigned to: ~Ramandeep Arora~ (raman_arora) Summary: M-POST not supported in java-client Initial Comment: Please refer to original defect for more details. # : 1931266 , 1886605 Original bug description: ========================= When connecting to an SFCB provider using an HTTP M-POST wrapper HTTP/1.1 501 Not Implemented Server: sfcHttpd Content-Length: 0 is returned. Client's are supposed to fall back to HTTP POST for the next 24 hrs. In practice client's including the SBLIM Java client go back to M-POST on the next new connection attempt to the device. Supporting M-POST would significantly help performance of providers that receive lot's of requests ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: Dave Blaschke (blaschke-oss) Date: 2008-07-30 07:40 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=1215427 Originator: NO Bugs change from Open to Pending when they are added to the HEAD branch, and from Pending to Closed when that HEAD branch becomes an official release. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: ~Ramandeep Arora~ (raman_arora) Date: 2008-07-22 10:51 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=1975921 Originator: YES checked in fix ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: ~Ramandeep Arora~ (raman_arora) Date: 2008-06-25 16:53 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=1975921 Originator: YES Patch sent for community review.
