Well, I'm probably using the wrong terms here; the effect does not necessarily have to involve doing things at the level of the package system, as long as both A:FOO-A and B:FOO-B would be the same thing, in the sense of being able to access slot A of S1. I'll grant that this is (hopefully) a feature that doesn't get used very often in the wild. -v |
