[Sbcl-devel] LOOP.1.27 and ABOVE clause

Well a response from Paul Dietz is having me scratch my head some.  I
can't figure out why I thought LOOP.1.27 was incorrect.  I'm inclined to
believe that it is standard-conforming at the moment, unless any of you
have any better argument.

In any case, I took the liberty to fix SBCL's version of LOOP.  I hope
you aren't overwhelmed by the size of the patch.
