If that is the case try:

/full/path/to/sbcl --no-userinit --no-sysinit --load ~/quicklisp/setup.lisp --eval "(progn (asdf:initialize-source-registry '(:source-registry :ignore-inherited-configuration)) (ql:quickload \"drakma\"))"
