[Sbcl-devel] External formats

Hello all,

I have taken a look to Launchpad. There are some bugs/missing features
related to the external formats implementation. I will give a try to
improve this. In particular, newline policies and byte-order marks.  I
assume nobody is working on this already, is it right?  Any suggestion
before starting is welcome.
