I just tried this in 1.0.35.2 and I didn't get a hang - I got an error that there was a symbol conflict, which is what I would expect. By trying to evaluate "(bar)" in the package :bob that symbol is interned in the package - even though it goes on to find out there is no function called bar, so you get an error. When you import jane::bar then I get a SB-EXT:NAME-CONFLICT.. this is what I would expect. Not sure why your repl is hanging I'm afraid.. Malcolm |
