[Sbcl-devel] run-sbcl.sh

The attached path makes run-sbcl.sh more convenient to use:

- make run-sbcl.sh executable
- don't require it to be started from the top of the source dir

... so that "~/sbcl/run-sbcl.sh" is more of a drop in replacement 
for "sbcl".

It uses the dirname command that should be available on unices, does it 
work on windows?
