[sbagen] combined audio file and converted i-doser drg's makes unusual noise

Hi

Combined audio file and converted i-doser drg's (tested almost all of
i-doser drg's ab) makes unusual noise ,sbagen default sbg files combines
nicely, noise usually starts at 00:30, both river2.ogg and a-bomb.sbg
works individually, also I have tried on Linux and Windows with
mp3,ogg,wav formats and getting same result, tested multiple audio
tracks .... 


$ sbagen -m river2.ogg a-bomd.sbg
