#269 Schema processor can loop

The Saxon-SA schema processor can loop when compiling
certain content models. The situation only occurs very
rarely, and it is not possible to say exactly what
causes it in source schema terms, since it is based on
random allocation of hash codes. The content model does
not have to be especially complicated.

Source code cleared, and will be fixed in 8.2.
