Search harder on MSDN, if you must use MSXML,
or look at Sun's "Multi-Schema Validator" at

    http://www.sun.com/software/xml/developers/multischema

for an approach which provides schema validation as
a clean layer on top of SAX APIs (using Java).  That
code ships with examples.
