In the reference, you'll find on_track() and on_metadata(). Not all
tracks have metadata, and not all metadata is at the beginning of a
track, but in most cases they do. You want on_metadata because it'll
pass your function the metadata, including the filename.

source = on_metadata(fun (m) -> system("foo #{m['filename']}"), source)
