Dear All, Thank You for voting for the new suggested name and let's use the new name “Inventory Management System”. We have finalized the requirements for Inventory Management System that we collected through the discussion. Following are the core features that we collected through the discussion which we will implement in the given order 1. Inventory Management Reports - Live inventory reports to show product levels across all supply locations can be easily accessed by donater. 2. Custom Triggers - Triggers, which are automated alerts will be developed to notify low product levels. 3. Order Management - An order form to enter orders directly into the system. 4. Search capability - The Inventory Management System provides an search capability based on user defined parameters. 5. Remind the end-user when dry-food expires in ware-houses with some states such as on-shelf, off-shelf, etc.... and also the end-user is reminded when entering information about already expired food into the system. 6. The inventory management system keeps the track of each and every item with their specialized properties. The specialized properties of the item can be added by the user as a note. 7. The measurement unit of each and every item can be chosen by the end-user. 8. Inventory locations will have GIS integration. 9. Not at the start but at some point will integrate bar code and RFID identification. Are these requirements enough and relevant to start up with? If so we can start coding immediately.
