Hello, I was trying to create a buck this on a CentOS 5 machine ( centos-release-5-1.0.el5.centos.1 ) running python version python-2.4.3-19.el5. I received this error message while trying to create a bucket using a syntax like this "s3cmd mb s3://foobucket". I am using version 0.9.8 of s3cmd. Traceback (most recent call last): File "/usr/bin/s3cmd", line 1040, in ? main() File "/usr/bin/s3cmd", line 1020, in main cmd_func(args) File "/usr/bin/s3cmd", line 132, in cmd_bucket_create response = s3.bucket_create(uri.bucket(), cfg.bucket_location) NameError: global name 'cfg' is not defined If you need any additional information feel free to contact me.
