Do we need a special Flash installed or plugin for the SWF internal browser? I downloaded rssowl from rssowl.org front page, and I am running Ubuntu 12.04 64-bit.

    Do you have
    1) RSSOwl 64Bit installed
    2) a Java 64Bit installed
    3) Plugins enabled within RSSOwl (see Preferences → Browser)
    4) The flash plugin installed firefox (and other browsers except Chrome/Chromium) uses?

If yes and it still does not work it might be possible that RSSOwl's internal Browser might not support 64Bit Flash plugins. Can you try the 32Bit one instead?

I do have RSSowl and Java 64-bit installed. I do not see a selection under Preferences -> Browser for plugins. I have flash installed and it works under firefox - do you mean, make a link to it in the plugins directory where all those org.rssowl.*jar files are?

Sorry, my fault. This option does not exist. I got RSSOwl mixed up with another feed reader I use…
No, the folder named "plugins" containing all those org.rssowl.*.jar files is not related with the internal browser.
Seems like 64Bit Flash is not supported by the internal browser.
