#34 Theme Based Application Icons

I know this is just eye candy...but having theme based
Application Icons would be nice, and give a nice
unified look.

Have ROX check first for a User Defined Icon (maybe
.UserDirIcon)

Then an Application Icon in the Icon Theme (maybe read
<ROXName>mozilla</ROXName> in the AppInfo.xml so use
/pathto/icon/theme/index.theme/path/mozilla.* )

If not found fall back to .DirIcon

and finally to the generic Application Icon
