Not documented, but afaik repeatable.

I've submitted the patch that adds priorities to 0.8 that made it into
1.0 -- I'm still using my patched 0.8.4. If patching your current
installation is an option (it is a fairly local change that doesn't
break existing detectors), you can get the patch from sourceforge:

you only need the "patch.priodetectors" patch.
