Hi Assif, That could be a DLL missing in the runtime path (cygwin seems to fail silently in such a case, which is pretty annoying). To check, run yarpdev from a regular windows command window, rather than a cygwin bash shell. Then if there's a DLL problem you'll get a popup message telling you about it.
