RAPID, Robot API Delegate / News: Recent posts

In January 2012, the RAPID Inter-Center Standards Committee (RISC) met to discuss lessons learned from FY11 and consider changes to be implemented in FY12. These changes have now been reflected in the RAPID codebase, and a document describing the changes has been posted at https://jplis-ahs-003.jpl.nasa.gov:5843/confluence/x/eABsAw.
