#98 IMPLEMENTED IN SVN: Shortcut for executing a line

No

Could a shortcut (i.e. Ctrl+Enter) be set to execute a command that has just been written in the
Editor? Ctrl+Enter would be very handy (as in TinnR) as it is close to what you would do in the console
(Enter).

Thanks

Agus

    Thanks for reporting!

This is a generic message to let you know, that the requested feature is now implemented in the development version ( http://p.sf.net/rkward/svn ). Testing is always welcome, as are further comments on details of the implementation.

This report will be closed, once the feature is available in an official release.

Almost: the problem is tha Ctrl+Enter also opens a new line in the editor
    Thanks!

    Hi,

I seem to have misunderstood you. But then, what is the difference between your wish and "Run current line" (Shift+F7)?

    Regards
    Thomas

You are right, this way you execute and keep on writing the script in the new line.
The point of Ctrl-Enter is working
as if you were on the console but actually writing the script. I was confused because tried on an existing script.
    Thanks!

Could Shhift+F7 and Ctrl+Enter be added to the RKWard Default Shortcut keys list of the help page?
    Thanks
