Because of these:

   The default temporary directory will be used: /var/lib/rkhunter/tmp
   The default database directory will be used: /var/lib/rkhunter/db

These should be set in the config file and not have to default. As such
it is seen as an error to allow it to default, but it is not used to
stop RKH from running.
