Hello. I'm in need of your help - I'll try being brief and to the point: I can't get xawtv to capture. I set it to "grabdisplay" but capturing outputs the following messages no way to get: 384x288 32 bit TrueColor (LE: bgr-) no way to get: 2048x1572 24 bit TrueColor (BE: rgb) System: Fedora Core 1 Kernel: Vanilla linux 2.6.3 properly configured (AFAIK) Graphic Card: Asus V6800 Deluxe (you call it "TVR") with the Philips saa7113h tried both 0.8.4 and CVS of today. Installation: runs smoothly, no warnings issued Loading of modules: loaded smoothly, this is the relevant dmesg output: **********Linux video capture interface: v1.00 rivatv: Video4Linux driver for NVIDIA cards rivatv: MMX processor extension enabled rivatv: nVidia card found - rivatv0 rivatv: Identified your board as Asus V6800 TVR rivatv: Attempting to load module saa7113h mtrr: 0xc0000000,0x8000000 overlaps existing 0xc0000000,0x2000000 rivatv: unable to setup MTRR rivatv: PCI nVidia NV10 card detected (GeForce DDR [0x101], 32MB @ 0xC0000000) rivatv: I2C adapter driver for NVIDIA cards SAA7113H: video decoder chip found, chip version: 0x11 rivatv: video decoder chip registered rivatv: procfs file registered for rivatv0 rivatv: allocated YUV capture buffer (812 kb) rivatv: AGPGART: not available rivatv: AGP: disabled rivatv: Hash table layout: 4kB (9 bits) @ 0xCE710000 rivatv: Open source nv driver detected, DMA supported rivatv: DMA transfers disabled rivatv: successfully requested IRQ 5 rivatv: Video4Linux device driver registered*** ***** Can you give me any hints about the problem, should I send more output information, or am I stuck? :( Thank you for the attention. |
