#342 Help text for "Name" while creating new identity is wrong

The help text for the "Name" field in the identity manager reads: "[Required] Visible to your friends, and friends of friends."
However, this is not correct. This information is visible to anybody who knows the IP and Port, because it's part of the certificate. If DHT is enabled, this means that anybody can get this information.
