If you want to tie up model related loose-ends you can schedule an action to occur at the end of a simulation run. "End" occurs when the user presses stop, there are no more actions to execute, or the model code calls end. The "reset" button prepares the runtime for the next run, but doesn't have much direct effect on the model itself.
