Hi folks, I am here again with some more questions :) I have made a simulation model, which contains 10 thousands agents. As you can imagine, it takes ages to run a simulation, ever for 10 ticks. To make it faster, I did remove all the displays - there is no point of visualizing agents' links anyway. I do, however, would like to see the charts of them. And in the end, use JUNG to visualize agents properties, like coefficient clustering, degree correlation and nodes degree distribution. If I run the simulation in batch mode (say 10 runs), and extract all the results in file - via fileoutputter, can I visualize the results in Repast and JUNG afterwards? Say, I start my simulation with gui and then load the data from the files for its visualization. Is it possible? Thanks! Cheers, Ali |
