[Remotecalendars-updates] RemoteCalendars 4.7 and 4.7-.NET-1.1

A new version of RC is online...here you can find all the updates:
This is a minor release:
--A bug has been fixed in the PublishCalendar form for the .NET 1.1 version=
:
the event wasn't associated to the button
--RemoteCalendars now adds also the categories found in the iCalendar as
categories of the appointments, and then they're republished
--Added a better support for French, Spanish and Portuguese languages :)
