[Remotecalendars-updates] Buttons appear but nothing happens when clicked

Hey,

I have Outlook 2003 with all the latest updates, I've tried
remotecalendar 4.5 with the v2.0 framework where no buttons appeared,
so I installed the v1.1 framework  and remotecalendar 4.5 for .net 1.1
as well as O2003PIA as instructed in the FAQ. I now see the buttons in
Outlook but when I click on any of the 5 buttons, nothing happens :(

Any ideas?
