Hi i am working in a highschool,

i have a couple of new iMacs with dualboot. I work with refit for a long time and love it.
the new imacs have a recovery partition (with an OSX-Boot-Disk on it).
i will not give the students access to this partition. is there a possibility to hide this volume on the internal disk?

"diskutil list":

/dev/disk0
#: TYPE NAME SIZE IDENTIFIER
0: GUID_partition_scheme 251.0 GB disk0
1: EFI EFI 209.7 MB disk0s1
2: Apple_HFS Macintosh HD 125.1 GB disk0s2
3: Apple_Boot Recovery HD 650.0 MB disk0s3
4: Microsoft Basic Data Win7 125.0 GB disk0s4
/dev/disk1
#: TYPE NAME SIZE IDENTIFIER
0: Apple_partition_scheme
16.0 MB disk1
1: Apple_partition_map 32.3 KB disk1s1
2: Apple_HFS Flash Player 15.9 MB disk1s2

"sudo gpt -r show -l /dev/disk0":

gpt show: /dev/disk0: Suspicious MBR at sector 0
start size index contents
0 1 MBR
1 1 Pri GPT header
2 32 Pri GPT table
34 6
40 409600 1 GPT part - "EFI System Partition"
409640 244414912 2 GPT part - "Customer"
244824552 1269536 3 GPT part - "Recovery HD"
246094088 1784

490233856 863
490234719 32 Sec GPT table
490234751 1 Sec GPT header

i want to hide "Recovery HD" and who only "Macintosh HD" and "Win7" - do i have to remove the "Recovery HD" volume?

Regards, Chris
