Generally speaking, if you describe in more detail, what exactly
you're trying to achieve, we might be able to provide a better
solution or a workaround.

If you want to generate a bibliography for a particular group or
author, checkout these two pages:

 <http://bibliographies.refbase.net/>
 <http://linking.refbase.net/>

These should provide the most important bits & pieces.

For PDF output, you shouldn't include these parameters:

 &client=inc-refbase-1.0
 &wrapResults=0
 
Instead, these two are required for PDF output:

 &submit=Cite
 &citeType=PDF

Here's a working example:

It's hard to imagine that this is directly related to the
"citeOrder=year" parameter. Could it be the length of the GET URL? Do
shorter URLs also work with "citeOrder=year"?
