Hi everyone, I've been stumbling with the following error message when I try to launch an analysis (Windows 8.1, Python 2.7): Windows cannot find 'RAXML_bipartitions.sim.tre'. Make sure you've typed > the name correctly, then try again. ("sim" is the output name in this case) And the analysis is aborted. This does not happen every time with every dataset, and sometimes changing one setting here or there seems to help, but I've been unable to find any pattern in the settings of the program when I get the error messages. The following is one of the matrices with which I get the error: 9 108 > s9 > 121111121111211222122111111211122112111112121221212221222221221112122211211111111121112111122122121112112221 > s1 > 212111112111112211121111122112211111111121221221111111111122211122111111211111211211211111111111121211221111 > s2 > 221122122111111111212111112112111112212211221121111111221112122112112112112211121111212111211111112121122121 > s3 > 211122212111221112212121222111212121112121211221111111111111111111111211111112211111112211212111122221121112 > s4 > 211122212111221212212121222111221122111121221222111111111111111122111211111112211111112221212111122221121111 > s5 > 111121212121222112112121112111212122112111221121221112111111111121112211111112211211212211212111122121121211 > s6 > 111211112112221121212211112111211222222121111121211111111122111121111111121121211111211211111112222211112211 > s7 > 111111112112121121211121122122211121212122211121211111111111111111111111221221211211211221111111211121122122 > s8 > 111111112111221121211121122122211121212122211121211111112111111111111111121121222111211221111111111121122121 I set the data type as binary, and the outgroup as "s9". I touch nothing else and I get the error. I thought it could be a permissions issue, so I've tried running the program from my Documents directory as well. It isn't that. I'd appreciate any help.
