Hi,
I am testing RawGeno 2.0-0 (Linux Ubuntu 10.10) with a dataset comprising ~700 samples.
When launching the "Review Binning" function RawGeno computes a "summary electrophoregram" described as a median of all analyzed individuals. This step is relatively quick but the median electrophoregram is poorly suitable for the bin review process. I understand that printing 700 traces on screen would be to much but is there a workaround to print a sub-sample of the dataset and perform bin review ?
Thanks.
Great software anyway.
Cico

Thanks for your message and using RG. I actually have developped a new version of this GUI. Still, displaying 700 profiles remains a challenging thing. I still have to finalise this release, so the easiest way remains to contact me by email if you want an ad-hoc patch meanwhile!
I wish you the best,
Nils
