An excellent algorithm! I had never used R CRAN previously, but after spending some time figuring it out, and carefully following the user's manual, RawGeno became my life-saver! I am currently using it to analyze countless AFLP profiles, and to generate binary tables. It is very time-efficient! Thank you, Kristin
