cave.c : yet some more cleanups, and little speed improvements but not
noticeable on my machine :-( !

megasys1.c : fix peekaboo controls. Apparently I was totally lost in
peekaboo's ram !!! For now it plays as it did before, but now it
emulates the protection rather than disabling it !

Mmmm... This will probably be my last commit for this year.
And finally I won't have time to try to make this mixer this week.
Next week then...
