[Rainbowportal-devel] Rating/comments/categories and "notify me" new feature requests

I have posted two new feature requests on Jira for which you may vote :)

1) "notify me by email when module contents changes"

2) rating. comments, and categorization system in links, docs, announcements

My selfish reason: I need these features for a planned site, but I also
think these would be killer features for Rainbow.
