Hi Guys,

I would like to build a wrapper for the following functionalities:

1) Installation :: a wizard does everything, that you would normally
have to do to get RAINBOW running: create/use a database, build the
db-framework, patch the DB >> redirect to the db-update-function already
in place, update configuration files

2) Manage Style-Related data, configure fonts, colors, backgrounds etc.
(CSS), manage the look&feel of the portal

3) Manage other features, such as a better tool to create the navigation
(with import/export-functionality), batch create documents etc.

What I need from you guys to be able to write some blueprints for this:

i.   Your feedback on what to include in this tool
ii.  The definition and purpose of this tool and what is should NOT
include iii. who will be willing to help developing it? iv.  How to
integrate it with all current functionalities
