[Rainbowportal-devel] Off on holiday until the end of August but HttpHandler is on its way

Hi all,

I'm off on holiday until the end of August but the good news is that I have 
given manu the files required to enable the new HttpHandler Engine and 
UrlBuilder. He'll be commiting it to cvs once he has had some time to test 
it.

Thanks to those who have been contributing either via the forums, reporting 
bugs on sourceforge or supplying code/documentation.
