I vote for EnhancedHtml. Independently of being the author, this module is the unique one with the located content. I believe that this characteristic is necessary for the following generation of modules. It is quite simple but has some nice things like datatimepicker or dataview sorted you may use as an example. It depends of course of you module: pick the one most similar to you goal.
