#56 Information on astronauts & cosmonauts

We could improve the educational potential of the game by offering information on the spacepeople in the game. Maybe in various screens where you see your astronauts/cosmonauts (e.g., the Astronaut Complex, the capsule/shuttle screen, Astronaut History, maybe even recruiting), there could be a button that would open a pop-up screen giving a brief bio of the selected individual. Maybe there could even be a link to that person's Wikipedia article, if there is one.
