#70 Save games are dated wrong

This was reported to me by Mark Kratzer:

I think there is a problem with both auto saves and manual saves such that the save game gets messed up. The exact symptoms which I am seeing are:

(1) Both the save game and the auto save are one season behind where they should be when reloaded. Now, I do understand that the save represents the state of the game at the start of each turn beginning with the event card. I don't believe that most of the game data is behind, but rather the game date is behind.

(2) The CIA intelligence reports are then out of sync with the loaded save game. They appear to be dated one year ahead of where they should be.

I think this problem pretty much manifests itself as soon as you start playing.
