Hello, this and other dynamic widget operations can be done through function setWidgetProperty(widgetid, property, value) To list all possible properties use listWidgetProperties(widgetid) widgetid can be either the channel name of the widget or unique uuid of the widget (given at creation of the widget). For example q.listWidgetProperties("slider1") Toggling the visibility SHOULD be handled through: q.setWidgetProperty("slider1","QCS_visible",False) # or True to view it again BUT nothing happens. Funnily, not using the "official" property "QCS_visible" but just "visible" does works fine: q.setWidgetProperty("slider1","visible",False) # or True to view it again I think it does the thing for you now but I try to see, if I can find out why QCS_visble does not work (later). And test, if committing to the new git repository works :) greetings, tarmo On Wednesday 23 May 2012 14:25:50 Rene Jopi wrote: > Hello list, > > Creating and deleting widgets with PythonQt is explained in previous > messages, thanks to Tarmo. > > I would like to emulate FLshow and FLhide FLTK opcodes to have a > "dynamic" gui controlled by the > csound script. > > Is it possible by using python opcodes or system opcode? > > Thanks for reading, > René > > > > > ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- > -- Live Security Virtual Conference > Exclusive live event will cover all the ways today's security and > threat landscape has changed and how IT managers can respond.
