Dear Jonathan, Adding a new sample file would work fine. queXS 1.10.0 will contain this feature: https://blueprints.launchpad.net/quexs/+spec/referral which allows for operators get details from a respondent to "refer" a new respondent. This creates a new case / sample record. This code could be extended to allow for an administrator to create a new case while setting the case to be substituted to an applicable AAPOR outcome code. Let me know if you think this would be useful. Otherwise - adding new sample will work.
