Hello again,

I see now that i missed part of the set-up process.  I did not go to the
form itself and move the boxes.

 I am now trying to overlay the corner and bar-code boxes over a scanned
blank form.    The bar-code box positioning seems straightforward but I am
not sure how to get the corner boxed lined up correctly.    do I make sure
each box surrounds each line (horizontal/ vertical)  or do I make sure one
of the edges of each box lines up with the horizontal / vertical line on the
form?
